With greater flexibility than a cranecam and more manoeuvrability than a wirecam, no other camera platform gives such total freedom.

The compact size of the helicopter enables the camera to get within a few meters of the subject; it can climb from ground level to 400 feet in a matter of seconds in one 'breath taking' shot.

AirFilm operate a stabilised, three axis variable speed dual mode underslung camera head. It has an 'over vertical' tilt and a 360° ‘clear view’ pan. This makes it possible to shoot direct overhead flypasts whilst keeping the camera trained on the subject throughout the entire run.
